I’m so glad you have an interest in the art of photography. My business was birthed out of a passion and direct word from the Lord. If you’re feeling this same calling I encourage you to pursue your dream!
Photography is an art like painting and drawing. Be confident of your art and practice, practice, practice. The only way to advance your skills is to figure out how it all works. Take classes, online seminars, join the PPofSC, anything you can do to network with others and learn. I’m also here to help you as much as possible, but unfortunately there are only so many hours in a day…and emailing takes up way too much of those hours already!
If you would like to speak with me directly I will be happy to set up a mentoring session with you. We can talk over lunch, by phone, or you’re welcomed to meet me at the studio. I charge $100 per hour and am open to discuss whatever you would like.
Unfortunately when I was getting started there was no one available to mentor me. Everything I’ve learned I’ve learned alone, and have since realized that I would be much further now if someone had shared their passion with me. That’s why I look forward to helping you, so that someday you will help someone else pursue their dream!
